Looking for a Java Developer with Eclipse Experience

I am in immediate need of someone with significant Java development experience and some amount of experience writing Eclipse plugins.

We're looking for someone that knows what they're doing, NOT someone we have to train. The best person for this role will be able to work with minimal guidance and under very strict deadlines. Ideally (but not necessarily), this person will be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Signing a non-disclosure agreement is a prerequisite to any discussion.
