Language changing Outllok 2003

I installed MSOffice 2007 and it changed my dictionary in outllook 2003 is French. How do I get it back to English? Any suggestions would be most appreciative.

    In Outlook, go to Tools, Options, then the Spelling tab. At the bottom of the spelling options screen, you'll see "International Dictionaries" - select "English (U.S.)" from the drop down list & then click OK. That should fix you up.
