I passed 70-646 today. There are 44 questions which must be completed in 125 minutes.

I used the following study material:

* Microsoft's 70-646 Server Administrator book w/MeasureUp practice exams
* Sybex's MCITP: Windows Server 2008 Server Administrator Study Guide
* SelfTestSoftware

The exam is straightforward. If you use the above practice tests and score in the upper 80s-low 90s, you'll pass the MS test.
