How would you bid this contract?
Hello All,

Here are the specs:

36 PCs
37 Printers
4 Macs
1 Wireless Router
4 Wireless Access Points
6 Switches
How would you bid this?
Sincerely,
Mike

****Edit I overlooked the SLA
But you still have to be more specific. Is this business hours only support or 24 hour? Do you guarantee X amount of uptime, etc, etc, etc..... -

The contract is for resolving all issues related to the pc's, printers, macs. Recommending and implementing improvements.
Response time 1-2 hours, mon-sat.,
The servers are managed by a company. They manage them remotely. They are never onsite. I would assist any server problems locally: hardware, cables, etc...
Hardware costs are not included in the contract.
Thank you for your help.
