Simple Subnetting Problem (PacketTracer)

Using PacketTracer I am trying to create my first subnet problem and can't seem to get even the simplest thing to work. Unfortunately I dived in and created an entire network topology for a problem I am required to do in class before I even tried a ping between the two subnets. I couldn't get it to work so I did a simple setup with 2 routers and 2 End Nodes and couldn't get the end nodes to ping each other. Here are a few screenshots to help explain: Topology: Router 1 IP Settings: Router 1 Static Routes: The settings on Router 2 are mirrored to these, and the link between them is obviously in the same subnet, and the PCs are in the same subnets as the "outside" connections on the routers. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am sure once I figure out what I am doing wrong I can apply the concept to my larger network and get it to function properly.
