in CCNA & CCENT
Are you permitted to use paper and pen during the CCNA? I cannot fathom completing the test without it. I may act like RainMan but I can't count like him.

yes, the test center will provide it for you. It may be a erasable plastic sheet instead if paper. -

I had one of those cheap plastic board with black marker and the eraser for it barely worked at all.
