T1 -> T1 Lab config?

I just added a 4 port T1 wic and I am building a lab

Juniper -> Cisco
Juniper -> Juniper

I am using a T1 crossover but can't get the Juniper side configured properly....I have no issues in the past setting up T1s over a channelized DS3....

Anyone have an example/working config for a T1?
