Mishra Member Posts: 2,468 ■■■■□□□□□□I've never seen a job live up to the high end of their salary range especilly for a 'not super experienced' employee. I would expect 35k-38k from this job. Not saying you can't get 45k, just saying that it may be another waste of time for you if you aren't happy with 35K.
If you are looking to save interviewing time (I know I do... interviews take so much effort) then I would look at the beginning of the salary range and choose the one you think you are worth. (like if you think you are worth 45K then look for a 40k-55k job or 45k-whatever job). -
vCole Member Posts: 1,573 ■■■■■■■□□□They brought it up to $32000 plus the $1500 SEP IRA which I can pull from at anytime (like school w/ regular taxes!)
So basically, I'm not losing much!
I just need help putting my two weeks in -

Did you get the digital subscription with your ACM membership? Didn't it come with a subscription to http://www.books24x7.com? That's where I do most of my studying from, if the book's available.CERTS: VCDX #110 / VCAP-DCA #500 (v5 & 4) / VCAP-DCD #10(v5 & 4) / VCP 5 & 4 / EMCISA / MCSE 2003 / MCTS: Vista / CCNA / CCENT / Security+ / Network+ / Project+ / CIW Database Design Specialist, Professional, Associate -

vCole Member Posts: 1,573 ■■■■■■■□□□Well I ended up getting a job offer at the biomed plant that I had mentioned earlier.
$40k/year, 80% Tuition Reimbursement, 40 hours of mandatory training (they'll pay for it all), and lots of other awesome benefits. Plus, I'm getting Sharepoint and VMware experience. -
