adding more disk space in vmware

Is it possible to add more disk space in vmware? I want to resize or if possible add a new drive.

Yes but the steps are different depending on the product. Is this VMware Workstation, Server, ESX or Fusion?

Sorry I assumed their using a standard configuration. I'm using workstation 6.
