can't get into rom monitor on 3640 router

i think that my ios is corrupted, was trying to re-install via tftp. but it seems like the router is looping at the system bootstrap, this is the output:

the router went to the "rommom 1>" prompt once, but now can't get to it again. any ideas?

Press the Pause/Break key when you first power it on (sometimes you have to hit it a few times).

tried that, it's not working

i finally got it, i had been trying pause/break, ctrl/break, break, pause.......there is a little "fn"(function i presume) key on my keyboard. i pressed fn/break and it worked. thanks

Laptop keyboards FTL.

I've seen PC keyboards that they cheaped out on by removing a bunch of keys and changing it to a Fn combo like what you had to do.
