Just Passed!

Finally. 3rd time is a charm. I got a 905!!!

First two tests were exactly the same and I still failed both. Today I got a brand new test with about only 3 or 4 questions that I recognized from before. I think Microsoft just came out with a new version because a lot of the questions referenced Windows XP Clients with SP3 The MS Press Kits aren’t up to date with some of the topics like WSUS. Someone really needs to write a book that addresses what’s on the test in the present. Try to find test questions with explanations of the answers. If I can’t figure out why I picked the wrong answer, then I am likely to do it again (exactly what happened on my second try).

Don’t give up! It sucks to fail, but it kicks a$$ to finally pass!

    I dont think I want to go for my MCSE. I want to concentrate on the new certs. MCITP in 2008 will probably be next.

    My boss also wants me to get my VCP (VMware Certified Professional)

    I had been studying from a ******* study guide for a few weeks and went in to take the exam to see totally different questions. Needless to say I took a nose dive and failed.

    What resources did you use and think were most helpful? I am guessing the exam was recently updated as it had plenty of wsus3 and xp sp3 questions in it.

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Don't use braindumps because you don't learn anything and they are illegal
    2. Use either the MS Press, Sybex, or Syngress book
    3. Set up a network to practice with
    4. Find another document to study for WSUS. It doesn't seem to be in 291 books I've seen.
