Sims and labs with real gear, troubleshooting

Hey Guys,
I have some pretty good gear in my lab (3 routers, 2 switches), plus Dynamips.

My problem is that I need some scenarios to troubleshoot that are harder than just the techlabs. I'm not very good at making up my own broken networks to fix.

Are there any sites that publish free troubleshooting scenarios? I don't want to drop money on Netsim, etc.

Does Packet Tracer come with any pre-built labs for troubleshooting? Or does anyone publish any for Dynamips?

Am I missing the point with these sims? It seems like they are great tools for practicing network setups, but they need to be fed some labs in order to practice troubleshooting.

Thanks,
Drew

I know networkinging people check validity according to the OSI model.. first check in cable layer (physical layer.. do all lights blink?), then data link etc
They have some kind of schedule (including commands) for it. As I'm a student I don't own it, but I know they use it in companies.

I think there are no premade broken networks, but the best thing to learn is to practice fixing them. One thing you can do is let other people break a network, then try to fix them.
