Like others have said before, I think this exam is a little more straight forward than the 270. To prepare for this exam I took the 2274 and 2275 courses at New Horizon's, the MS book Windows Server 2003 Environment, CBT Nuggets, TechExams and hands-on experience.

Of course the beast is next! I'm hoping to knocked it out in April but that may be a little generous!

I agree with you. The 290 was more straightforward than the 270. Good luck with studying for the beast!
