can't access on shared folder

hi all
we have server 2003 R2 clients can access shared folders on c , however can't access shared folders on d after we restore the server from system state , they have full control and they can ping to a server , they got the msg Not enough server storage is available to process this command." anyone had same problem ?

They have FC on both NTFS and Share permissions?
Did something funky happen with quotas?

Is this a Dell cluster?

Is this a file server with Outlook PST files on it? I have seen this error when users try to use PST files on a network share.
