Folder Replication

I have removed the old exchange server from the replication list on all folders bar one which is the SYSTEM CONFIGURATION folder, when i try and remove the old server from the replication a box appears titled "Enter Network Password" of which i enter the adminsitrators password but the box disapears and the reapears!! Does anyone know why this is??
