Hi,
I have below routing table,
R 10.1.129.0 [120/1] via 10.1.130.253, 00:00:20, Serial0/1
[120/1] via 10.1.128.252, 00:00:13, Serial0/0
My question is when this router get IP destination address (10.1.129.1), which route take.

EdTheLad Member Posts: 2,111 ■■■■□□□□□□It depends on what type of forwarding is enabled on the device, if its process switched it will load balance the pkts across each interface. If its destination based forwarding it will choose one link, one or more bits will be used to decide the link, the number of bits used would depend on the number of paths. The forwarding path chosen is independent of the routing protocol.Networking, sometimes i love it, mostly i hate it.Its all about the $$$$
