hi guys

I just added 4 XP machines into our network. all the 4 machines were working but not on domain..on workgroup earlier. now I want to move them into our domain, mapped drives, installed softwares, ODBC links etc.

I created the IDs onto DC and now ready to move but I dont to make new profile because as soon as run the network wizard they and it'll create the new profile and all the programs and mapped resources will be gone. right?

Can I just join them to the domain with making any changes to their profile?

P.S: I have heard the rootkit utility that is moveuser.exe?
can I use it ?
