Free shot @ MCTS

I got the free student voucher for a MCTS exam and was wondering about "MCTS: .NET Framework 3.5, Windows Forms Applications"

Is this a difficult exam? I have MS Visual Studio 2008 and basic knowledge of C#.. If I put in 3 weeks of studying is this attainable without any hardcore experience?

Also if not this exam which do you think is the easiest to obtain on the list:
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)

If "3 weeks of studying" is 24 hours/day of studying over 21 straight days and you have an excellent memory for software documentation then I think you have a shot, otherwise your the lack of hands-on understanding will hurt your chances of passing.
