IIS http 401.2 unauthorized: logon failed

I follow Error Message: HTTP 401.2 - Unauthorized: Logon Failed Due to Server Configuration with No Authentication, but not working at all. We have a secured folder, but not sure what the former staff do. It will not work. Usually, it prompted for User/pwd logon box to get into that secured folder..

Need some suggestion?

A error icon is showed at the IIS Manager.

I'm not sure if it matters, but have you tried restarting the service after making the changes? What do you see in the event logs?

nothing from the log... usernmane and pwd don't match.

Look like the preivous employee change the pwd for general access and special access. If I change general access, this might affect the whole intranet... uhm... not sure it is good idea to do during operation hours.
