Cisco Press vs. Sybex for CCNA??

Hi everyone,

I finished ICND1 and now I want to get ready for ICND2 but I am confused with which book I should concentrate on. Cisco press (ICND2 guide) by Wendell Odom book or Sybex CCNA guide by Todd Lammlle.

Any suggestions please?

Sybex is usually a better read, but you'll want more than one source. Get both if you can.

I retain information better when it is presented in Todd Lammle's writing style. YMMV.

Sybex is easier to read but Cisco Press IMO was more complete. I think you would benefit from reading both, especially the Cisco Press chapter on WAN.
