Cisco GRE tunnel through ISA 2006

Hi,
I have the following problem and I hope some of you have already had it and solved it!
I can't seem to get CISCO GRE tunnel to form over ISA server 2006.
I have the following situation:
Site A (cisco router) -> ASA (5510) -> (IPSEC) -> ASA -> ISA -> Site B (cisco r.)
I am trying to form a cisco gre tunnel from site A to site B... On ISA "All outbound traffic" to and from "All Networks (and localhost)" is allowed and I get the following error on ISA monitoring: "Failed Connection Attempt (between the sites)" error no. is 0x80070034 in the firewall log.
When I try the same situation without the ISA server everything works fine. Also, I have tried allowing PPTP and GRE (IP-Level 47) on ISA and still I get the same error.
Another thing, ping between site A and site B works but it is not going through the tunnel (obviously)!
Any suggestions?!
