Alright, I have not studied in months. Spent more time helping a buddy out with his Net+ than I have my own studies, so today is my first day back.
I was reading this page
Planning Your Namespace
And right up top it reads, "name exclusion list . A list of DNS suffixes that are internal." This is the first time I have seen this term and google hasn't been too helpful.
Am I going crazy here, where do I physically set this on the DNS server?

Ahh! It's a client level setting for the Internet Explorer proxy setting... nevermind!-Daniel
