    Hey drainey
yeah this is what we need for example

    1. a user tries to use a USB device on a PC and we get an email notify that they are using this device and of course have a policy to specifically
block certain ports on a PC say leave 1 usb port available for printing only.
    2. have all our syslogs of each server in one location to manage
    3. a better audit system that Active directory which sucks.

we use ASA 5510 firewall, Secure works IP system and Qualys packet inspection and websense.

    have you heard of Xceedium???

For what you've stated a TriGEO is complete overkill. It's a full blown event collector, correlator and active response system, hence the price. It does not secure anything in itself but helps you sort and intelligently analyze the data you received from your servers/appliances and automate responses.
We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place?

Try Devicewall for USB for mgmt. Don't have much to offer for the other two though. We don't really get into that part of it for our clients.
