Why EtherChannel dose not work with 2924 switch. Is this ability support to 2950 switch and above or what.

Etherchannel does work on the 2924XL, with the port group <X> commmand

example:

Switch1

int fa 0/24
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
port group 1

int fa 0/23
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
port group 1

Goto Switch 2 and issue the above commands.

You now have port fa0/23 and fa0/24 in an etherchannel
