CBT vs train signal

hey guys, about to start CCNA via CCENT ICND way and was wondering which video tutorial is better CBT or Train Signal? i haven't used either vendors before. Which do you think will benefit me more as i have no cisco experience what so ever? I would like to hear others opinions if they have used either of these vendors and their experiences with them. I will also be using Todd Lammle CCNA book for paper reference. Cheers
