Hey guys do any of you know what software I can use that will collect all syslog servers from all servers and PCs into a administration console and
email notify if domain breached? or password attempts??

Take a look at KiwiSyslog:

I've only used it for network rather than domain security/integrity monitoring but it has the ability to send an email, sms or pager alert based on trapping a particular syslog string from collated sources.

We use Intrust Server for AD by Quest software to do our AD monitoring and file Integrity. But, this is a commercial product and not knowing your budget I don't know if this will suit you, it is quite expensive but very granular, includes real time monitoring; email alerts on custom defined rule triggers. We are running it on all our DCs.
