NLB Unicast vs. Multicast

Checked vtc.com and my Sybex book, so far no luck.

Anyone have a good link on the NLB Cluster Parameters, Cluster operation mode?

Unicast vs. Multicast? Why would I take one over another? All I found of use was this, and I am still not clear.
