Anyone else have the 70-297 MS Press Book?

I recently bought the 70-297 MS press book from Amazon but I'm a bit concerned about the authenticy of it. First of all it's printed by PHI Learning Private Limited (New Delhi-110001), secondly the print quality isn't of the normal standard and lastly the book doesn't have the normal amount of pages compared to the 291, 293, 294 exam book which are much bigger. There is also a sticker on the front saying "For sale in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka only". 
Does anyone else have the this book? And if so can they confirm their's is the same?

How did you end up with that one?

I have book, the MS Press one, very thin book, only just over an inch thick. So sounds like you have correct number of pagesCurrently having a break after the MCITP:EA. Citrix or Cisco next, not sure!
