I think its a good book to study from and to have as a referance for later on.
It will also help to have other study material.

Exam Cram N10-004 Third Edition by Mike Harwood is what I used. The book is now twice as thick as the 1999 version.

I used the sybex N+ book but IIRC I didn't read the whole thing and because of that I didn't do well on the Novell or Apple stuff but a pass is a pass
