What to do with an old ISDN simulator?

Got an old isdn simulator that i bought two years ago. Haven't used it since I passed the BCRAN test. Any ideas on what to do with it?

mikej412 Member Posts: 10,086 ■■■■■■■■■■If you got one of those old dedicated 2/4/8 port ISDN Simulators, then it's probably only useful as a coaster for your coffee cup.
If you got something like an Ascend MAX 6000, then you could add some T1 interfaces and/or FXS interfaces and use it as part of a Voice Lab.
I forget the other popular WAN Switch that people used for ISDN, but it would also be good in a Voice Lab if you had the interface cards for it. This one was also popular as a Frame Relay switch for labs.....:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -

Keep it. You will still find ISDN lurking as backup in datacentres. Useful if you want to brush up on your ISDN commands.
