Has any one here ever taken this exam? I have found no study material at all. Before my life in IT I worked as an English language instructor and really enjoyed teaching. I am considering getting this and then MCT. Any advice/suggestions would be most welcome.

I've done it, as have a couple of others on here.
Regarding the exam, I was also unable to find material. It's not a tough exam though.
The 2nd part of the CTT+ is the video. It has a high failure rate primarily because people don't include in their videos everything that CompTIA wants to see.
I would recommend going with an education provider that can help you make the video. The one that I worked with was PrepMasters.
Other than that, the question that I would ask is "is it worth it?" My answer for you would be a resounding no. You do not need to hold the CTT+ or be an MCT if you are interested in delivering training.
