mcp upgrade offer from prometric?

hi guys,

i've just received email from prometric couple of days ago, state that any mcp has not attained any new MS certification since july 1, 2007 can have a mcpupgrade program (to mcts or mcitp) with USD 25 per exam?

Microsoft Learning

is that for real?
its a great offer of course, dont you think?

    Key in your MCP ID, Country you are registered as MCP and email address. If you are eligible, a unique discount exam voucher number will be sent to you via email.     I heard about this a week or 2 back.... I was excited at first, until I saw the 2007 rule... It sounds like a great offer if it applies to you.

    on a second thought - there are many addresses in questions :
    1. the website itself?
    2. emails addresses? earth.com?

    oh well, i'll get the real prometric voucher directly.

    This is in fact real, i just booked a exam for (AUS)$34 or $25(US).

    What is even stranger, i have sat a exam in the last few years. A couple actually and i still got the deal.

    Confirmed with the prometric site that i have booked it and its gone through. icon_neutral.gif
