Hey everyone,
I need some motivation, In process of finishing Sybex (T. Lamle) Book, 6th Edition and kinda giving up. Please help. I don't know what should I do?
I am using Cisco Packet Tracer 5.1 and it's good. Is it wise to do hands on lab after every chapter or wait and read again then do these labs.
Please appreciate your help.

How 'bout a slight edit: Just think about the checks you'll get once you pass
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

Honest advice, try going for the 2 route CCNA (ICND1 and ICND2). I struggled with the single exam for months, but trust me the best thing that worked out for me was that I took them separately. CCNA covers a broad range of topics for being an associate level cert, so try to break it up so that you stay motivated. Good luck.

Do labs while you're reading, after you've read, and when you re-read. And sometimes just do labs with no reading.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -

Read a chapter (and lab it up) and reward yourself with a beer. Repeat as needed.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -

Now I know why I couldn't get the multi-area ospf lab to work, it was the 12th lab of the night! -

Don't forget the rule that when ever you see NSSA or PHP you have to take a shot.
