There has got to be a website that could provide you with a number certified individuals for each certification. I have been to such a website but man has it been hard to find it again.

    Found this one yesterday for Microsoft Certs. Still looking for one that gives a breakdown by country though. Anyone know of one?

    Wow, what an achievement I have with my Xp exam, I am 1 of 2,402,263

    lol

    Someone once told me they were a charter member because they were in the first 1000 to get a certificate, not sure if this applys to all certs though

    Only 2 people in the world have "Microsoft Certified Master: Microsoft SQL Server 2008"


    Arr yes but can they install Windows XP Professional in a domain environment, lol

    Yeah, the number of MS certified professionals is huge. MS certs are probably most earned certs.

    how about brainbench?
    they provide you with trancscript, and candidates ranking :)

    and IMHO - their test can be categorized as tough though.
    the More I know, that is more and More I dont know.

    That was about the time that they added pages for potential employeers to review. So now all the HR folks are looking for people with MCM certs and 15 years experience when there are only 300-350 holders worldwide, if you mine the right sites for those numbers. Funny thing is more than half of them seem to work for Microsoft.

    Hmm I had the feeling this was the case after some Googling.

    A comment on that page makes a very valid point
    So, how can I convince anyone that I hold a valuable certification? There's no way to argue how hard it is to get it.
    Although in my case I was merely interested.
