Not allowing me to schedule?

I've taken and passed 2 certs within the last 2 months and last night when I tried to schedule my next exam from Prometric it said something about Retake Policy.

How do I deal with this? Thanks.

    Did you accidentally select an exam you've already taken? You can't take them again after you've passed. I've done that before. If not, give them a call.

    Probably have to contact Prometric. I'm sure they will be the only ones who can help you out.

    Yeap. Calling Prometric worked icon_thumright.gif. My voucher is good and I can call again to schedule since they told me the testing center that is right next to my work doesn't give MS exams! Insane...
