I have them all tattooed on my back, but that wasn't a good idea since I need a mirror to see them, j/k.

Write them up on a poster and put it somewhere you will look at it all the time. Also, amusing/rude mnemonics can help. I always chuckle when I deal with TFTP. NTP is as simple as counting.

Experience with them also helps. I learnt a bunch from constantly doing firewall/router/NAT configurations, and troubleshooting with telnet.
