    There are a few in Exchange/Outlook 2010:
    MailTips (no more accidental Reply All: All Employees among other things)
    You Had Me At EHLO... : Introducing MailTips

    Conversation View (and the ability to opt out of a conversation)

    OWA now fully supports FireFox and Opera

    Just signed up, the form was a bit stupid I had to select a state in America in one box and then in the next one I could select UK, so I am from New York in United Kingdom

    I'd bet they randomly select a few, and probably whomever else they want based on the answers to your questions.
