WIC-1t problem on 1603 and 2611,2620

hello
i have bought a WIC-1t and have been trying for 8 hours to get it working with no luck
on all of the routers it give me the following command:
Unknown WAN daughter card
have done some googling and some people advice to update the IOS which i have done and here is list of some of the ios that i have used
c2600-ik9o3s3-mz.122-15.T17
c2600-ik9o3s3-mz.123-25
c2600-ik9o3s3-mz.123-25
c2600-ik8o3s-mz.122-11.T
and still no luck
i can see the int on sh diag but not on sh run or sh ip int b
the other massege that apper at the proccess of boot
WIC in slot(0/0), wic card has an unknown id of 0xFF
Unknown WIC in slot(0/1), wic card has an unknown id of 0xFF



please help as i need to get this working asap

    Check connector. Are you pushing it all the way in?

    If so then you've got a dead WIC.

    yes but still i get no led

    the guy i have bought it from has tooken them out from 1700 serias router and he said they are workingis

    any suggestion
    is there any configuration that need to be done

    So when you do a #show ip int br they aren't listed? When I installed mine they showed up automatically, I just needed to do the normal config like adding a ip address, clock rate and a no shut.

    No. There isn't anything to configure to get the router to detect the card. You shouldn't get the error about unknown ID either.

    I have see this error when the card is a chinese copy, has yours the cisco hologram?

    made in singapore
    but i can not see the cisco hologrom on it but what i can see is that ,it wrote copy right cisco system
