the Red style of the MCSA\MCSE are change to the new with simple certificate?

I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to. All of my things from the last 2+ years have been blue.

That's a picture of the old version they used to print. I think they have done maybe 3 different versions of the MCSA cert.
