3640 Boot Error Message

Booted up my 3640 which has not been turned on for a month or so and had issues.
I hooked up with a console cable and got the following output. After the message it tries to reboot only to get the same output, and it just loops.

It should help solve the issue. It also states that it may be mis-seated hardware. Turn it off and remove the WIC/NM's and see if that fixes it. If it does, add them back one by one until (or if) the problem comes back. It may be a bad NM or just mis-seated. -

I reseated both NM's and it started up fine.
