***I'll add you can Capitalize the word 'I' to show a little respect for yourself too.
I'm not exactly sure what to go for next. I was thinking Network+ but I have been hearing that if I get CCNA it would be better. I'm not sure, any advice?
Basically the job I want to attain is just like a technician or something, and move up from there. (I'm 21 and unemployed)

First of all, congrats!!
As for what's next...if you're new to networking topics and aren't too strapped for cash, the N+ does make a nice intro. You can also skip right into Cisco stuffs and ease your way into that by taking CCENT first then the second exam to get your CCNA.
It really depends on your budget & what it is that you want to work on. Network+ is a bit more broad than the Cisco track, which focuses on Cisco products whereas the Network+ covers network operating systems & client setup & basic troubleshooting/general networking topics.
Currently Studying For: Nothing (cert-wise, anyway)
Next Up: Security+, 291?
Enrolled in Masters program: CS 2011 expected completion
