Do you frame and hang your certificates?

I'm just wondering how many of you frame and hang your certificates on the wall at home or in the office? I do. Because I'm proud of my achievements! :) But, I think after this summer I'll have to cut back to just the major ones. I seem to be passing them one after another! :)

All my stuff is filed away. I do it for the challenge, so once I pass, it's on to something else.

I don't currently, but then I'm normally one to fly under the radar except with my direct supervisor. If I did it would be the "major" ones only, for example, MCSE specializations or higher, or if I ever achieve VCDX, CCNP or CCIE, or an EMC expert certification.

Mine are still in their thick cardboard envelopes on the second shelf of my desk. I may do something with them when I've completed a decent set of them. I have my VCP and only need two more exams for MCSE. After that, I'll look at getting my RHCE and probably a CCNA just for good measure.

Yes. I got cheap wood & glass frames from Walmart for $2.16/each.

I'm sometimes tempted to put the latest one in a frame, replacing each time a new one is passed, but decided against it and just have them filed all together in one large envelope tucked away

My wife stopped me from throwing them away so they're sitting in her filing box somewhere or other. I use the MCP/MCTS cards for bookmarks though and always have one on hand in case I need to card a door and don't want to lose my debit card over it.

Negative. The only thing tech related I have hanging in a frame anywhere is my AAS in my room.

    Nope. I don't bother.

I use to, but with my general lack of caring and my outstanding procrastination I've stopped doing it.

I do however have my JNCIE plaque displayed proudly on my desk at home.

As of lately though it keeps getting moved to the back and the wedding picture keeps getting moved to the front, so I keep moving the JNCIE plaque back to the front... Must be those damn gremlins playing their dirty tricks at night ;)

I don't hang them at my work-office, but I have hung them in my home-office/study/den... I see it as: I earned them so why not?

For the most part they are tucked away in a file cabinet at home, but I do have my CISSP certificate sitting on my desk at the house.

Yes, I frame my certs. Granted, most of them are in cheap plastic frames which cost me like $3 a piece. My CISSP is in a nicer frame which cost me $15.

I don't, however, have all my certs in my sig. Just what I consider major. If one cert is higher than the other in a related field, I leave it off. Why bother putting you have an AA, BS, MS, if you have a PHD?

I only have a few official certs so far, so I've put them up above my computer in my house. They're a little lonely right now (degree and some other stuff is on another wall) but I plan to give them lots of company as soon as I can :)

I paid for the "extra PDF" copy of my Cisco Certs while I was waiting for the free paper copy to arrive. I then put a normal quality printed copy (on card stock) of the PDF into a $3 (on sale) Frame and used that as motivation while I was collecting the entire set.

The originals are currently in a Fire Safe (along with a DVD copy of the PDFs) and the framed copies are currently tucked into a bookcase (taking up about a foot of shelf space).

It depends, really. Once I get my MCSE, I might frame that, or maybe even the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator or CCNP. It all depends on if my workplace will appreciate it, if I have the money to do it at the time, and if I feel like the particular certs I'm framing were worth the effort and time spent. Often times, when I see someone frame a Bachelor's degree or even a graduate-degree diploma and hang it in their office, I feel like it's more for their own sake than for anyone else's. Someone else might think "oh, cool," or, "what an arrogant jerk," but I think spending 4 years in school or months and months on a cert makes having "the piece of paper" on your wall more of a reminder to yourself than anything else.

When I first earned my A+ I framed it, then when I earned my Net+ I framed that. Then I got tired of buying frames and just started filing them away and carrying the cards.

Counts the pages in 3 ring binder... I have 40 of those plastic 8.5x11 sheets with all of my certificates, score reports, and other things that arrive in the mail. Most of them contain pages on both sides. So roughly 70 pages of stuff. Not including the failed score reports :^). And the cover of the 3 ring has my MS transcript, page two being in the back.

I buy the $3 frames at Walmart and hang my certs and degree on my wall at home in my computer/weight room. It keeps me motivated and reminds me of the hard work I accomplished.

That sounds like a lot of work. I just set this to my wallpaper to motivate myself:
