Voicemail number vs. "Voicemail" Text

Hi Guys,

Anyone knows if its possible to replace the voicemail number ie 7777 and display "VOICEMAIL" instead of it when pressing the "envelope" or voicemail button?

Yuo can try going to Voice Mail Port Configuration under VoiceMail and then click on the device name, then go down to Directory Number Information and type in Voicemail under Internal Caller ID Display and Internal Caller ID Display (ASCII format). Probably need to do this for all devices listed. I am not 100% sure on this so please use caution before you change anything in this area in the CCM.

Since the system Im administering now is CallManager Express.

I am not sure. That is for the Cisco Unified CM Administration v.6.1.3.1000-16. Basically callmanager version 6.1.3
