I actually don't understand your question but I'm assuming you have VLANs configured on switches SW-B and SW-C which you want to propogate to SW-A. You need to configure VTP on the switches if you want to propogate VLAN information between the switches - read this:
Configuring VLAN Trunk Protocol (VTP) - Cisco Systems

If your question was to identify whether VLANs have successfully been learned from other switches then check the VLAN database using something like show vlan brief

    Auos,

The show vtp status command shows
Configuration last modified by 172.20.52.18 at 9-22-99 11:18:20
Local updater ID is 172.20.52.18 on interface Vl1 (lowest numbered VLAN interface found)
