in CCNA & CCENT
I am looking to purchase some routers from work and these are the specs.
Cisco 2620XM routers with 1 WIC T1 Card in each.
Contains 64Meg DRAM and up to 32M flash.
Would this be enough for CCNA lab and what version of IOS would I be able to run on these?

Those would be good, if the price is right. You would want to increase the DRAM to at least 128M. I would also suggest a 12.4 IOS as to support SDM.

How much do you think for 128 megs for dram for these would cost me. I am looking getting these router no more then 100.00CCNA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCDST, MCITP Enterprise Administrator, Working towards Networking BS. CCNP is Next.

There are two slots for DRAM, so yes this will work to expand to 128MB. There is one slot for flash memory.Will this memory work with this and also would there be another slot for the this memory.
64MB Module - Cisco OEM# MEM2600XM-64D= RAM Memory
If you can find 128MB modules, the max memory on a 2620XM is 256MB and Max flash is 48MB.
Edit: If you max out DRAM at 256MB, you'll need the 12.2(8r) boot rom.
