It's no longer on the exam.

You might see ISDN, to "catch you off guard", but you dont have to know anything about it more then that it is a old standard that provides dialup connections over a phone line.

i think i had 1 question on ISDN when i did ccna, which was the older test.

It's still used in the field, and it good to know about.
