I wanted to find out if 2621XM routers would be just as good as 2610XM or 2650XM to study for my CCNA?

First ? = Performance. Higher number = faster CPU.
Second ? = Number of built in FE ports - 1

2600XM > 2600 except when it is a 2691.

Performance isn't important since it is a lab. 2 built in FE ports is useful. So yes, the 2621XM would actually be better than 2610XM or a 2650XM.
