MS press book 70-622 confused!!!

Hi there I am using the MS press book to study for my exam but I finding some problems with the content.

It says at the start of the book 4 pcs or virtual machines are required for the labs

Server 2003
Vista 1
Vista 2
Xp Client

I have setup all these and have been working through the book.

I am on Chapter 3 doing the Practice: Configuring Application Compatibility Diagnostics

So I open group policy on the server to create a new policy called

Application Compatibility Diagnostic Policy

It then asks me to navigate to the following area

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Troubleshooting And Diagnostics > Application Compatibility Diagnostics

Now in server 2003 I cannot get to the section in bold because its not there

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Troubleshooting And Diagnostics > Application Compatibility Diagnostics

The section in bold is available in server 2008. So my question is should I be using server 2008 instead of server 2003
