in CCNA & CCENT
Took the first part of the CCNA today and just barely failed, the main cause was the fact I could not go back and review any of my answers, the previous button was grayed out, so I thought to myself I would be able to review my answers at the end of the exam but the exam ended and was graded immediately. This is not a huge deal since they are offering the free re-takes but I wanted to make sure this is normal?

Welcome to the forums. This is normal for Cisco exams. Look at it this way, you have seen the test and can retake for free!

yep perfectly normal for cisco exams....
once you hit next, thats it no going back to review at any point and thus no chance to change your mind once you've submitted your answers.if I say something that can be taken one of two ways and one of them offends, I usually mean the other one :-) -

yes, it tells you this before you start the exam.
if you take (and read) the tutorial....I don't claim to be an expert, but I sure would like to become one someday.
