MCSE`03 or MCITP & which CBT`s ?

MCSE`03 or MCITP? - i need the knowledge for my small company (30 employees, no real network yet) & CCENT or CCNA, is the CCENT ok for small company needs?

CBT - which ones? & what about those on ebay for $20, they any good or best to use real company (QuickCert, etc) at $1,500?

Thanks for your help guys, i need to do this , my MCSE NT4 aint cutting it no more!

I also work for a small company of about 35 people. I'd say that the knowledge that a MCSA or MCSE gives you a great foundation
